RETURN POLICY

Please contact your distributor if you are a retailer, your retailer if you purchased a product in a store or online in a web shop other than www.ctrl-eyewear-shop.com.

You may return any new, unopened CTRL™ product for a full refund or exchange within (30) days of original purchase from CTRL™. Special order returns are at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. The total refund amount is for the cost of your product, excluding shipping. Please contact CTRL Eyewear Customer Service for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and specific return and shipping instructions by emailing support@ctrl-eyewear.com. Products returned for full refund must be in new condition and in original packaging. A purchase receipt must be provided with the return of any product. Products returned to CTRL Eyewear™ without notification or without an RMA will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. The shipping, duty and other charges for returning and all back and forth shipping, of a product are the sole responsibility of the customer. Refunds for purchases made via crowdfunding platforms such as Indiegogo, where CTRL has not received the full amount of the purchase, will be net of the shipping and platform fees.

Cancelling of an Order

The buyer may cancel an order at any time prior to processing by informing CTRL Customer Service via support@ctrl-eyewear.com. Unfortunately, CTRL™ is not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. CTRL™ has the right to decline an order at any time and provide a refund if payment has already taken place. Refunds for cancellation of purchases made on crowdfunding platforms such as Indiegogo, where CTRL has not received the full amount of the purchase, will be net of the platform fees.
