We endeavour to ship all deliveries via track & trace by a world recognized courier such as FedEx or Deutsche Post. International shipments are by air. Typically packages sent by CTRL™ will be left at your door and do not require a signature. CTRL™ Vendors could ship an item differently and those vendors may require a signature on their shipments.
CTRL™ understands that getting your items quickly is important to you. We work closely with our logistical partners and vendors in order to have product shipped directly to you from a CTRL™ or vendor warehouse. In general for products which are in stock, it will take 5 to 10 business days to ship to you. Order delivery times may be longer if an item is out of stock.. We try and include in the ordering process if a product is out of stock and how long the expected delivery time will be. If CTRL™ anticipates a delay, it will pursue to inform the buyer of the delay. The buyer has the right to cancel the order if the delay is not acceptable.
For the Northern American market you will receive a tracking number on the confirmation e-mail CTRL™ sends you when your order is shipped. For the rest of the world, a Tracking number can be obtained upon request. The tracking number can be used to check the progress of your package.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars or Euros. For currency conversion, we recommend using a currency converter such as this example. All transactions made on www.ctrl-eyewear.com are in U.S. dollars or Euros depending on your geographic region.
Products are shipped from the USA for North America and from Europe for the EU and the rest of the world. Prices do not include customs fees, taxes, duties or tariffs. Each country has its own laws and regulations. CTRL™ cannot predict or estimate additional customs rules, fees, taxes or tariffs that may apply to your order. It is your responsibility to pay these fees or to contact your country's appropriate authority to discuss or dispute such fees and regulation. These fees are determined by your local authority. CTRL™ has no influence over these fees and does not collect any money from them.
Customers are responsible for shipping & handling costs. US shipments are F.O.B. Destination, with title and risk of loss passing at destination. Customers in other geographic locations are responsible for all shipping and duty charges, as products are sold F.O.B. Kent, Ohio and Diessen the with title and risk of loss passing upon delivery to carrier at our warehouse (under INCOTERMS 2000, international shipments are FCA our warehouse in Kent, Ohio USA). All merchandise is accepted by the carrier in good condition and is assumed to be delivered the same way. It is the consignee’s responsibility to inspect shipment at the time of receipt and make notice of lost or damaged goods directly to the carrier. Claims for products damaged in transit must be made directly to the carrier. Invoices not paid due to freight claim will be considered past due.
